Profile Until the 2006 season, Jason Shannon had been one of only two original owners in the history of the Ultimate Fantasy Football League to use the same nickname for his franchise every single year (the other owner is Jared E. Byrd of the Pulverizers, though Stephanie George of the Steph Infections has used the same nickname for all but two or three days of her team's existence). An avid Buffalo Bills fan and former regular at the CBS SportsLine chat rooms, Jason is a huge sports trivia buff, and a frequent participant in fantasy baseball, basketball and hockey leagues, in addition to football. After not participating in the league during the 2005 season, he made his triumphant return to the Ultimate Fantasy Football League June 4, 2006.
